These documents were typeset anew from scanned documents from the WWII period. The typeset documents are Adobe Acrobat PDF files and you need the Acrobat Reader (version 5 of higher) to open them. Click on the "original" caption to see the original document.
Some documents have stamps to go with them; these stamps are mirrored so you can print them (with an inkjet printer) on a plastic sheet and transfer the stamp to the document.
Important: Do not scale these documents in Acrobat Reader!
